We offer two distinct programs which are built on the 4 R’s of Leadership – Relationships, Reputation, Results and Resilience. Both programs offer modules on Feedback, Coaching, Presentation Skills, and Executive Presence and each utilizes assessments to create an Individual Development Plan. However, the programs each have their own specialized curriculum, as noted below:
Half The Sky Leadership for Women
Our flagship offering, HTS, offers women a highly interactive and impactful program with a deep focus on executive presence and confidence, along with skill building on delegation, presentation and financial acumen. We focus on building a professional network of women leaders. Over 80 partner companies have participated in this highly rated program and we have graduated over 400 high potential women. The program takes place over 90 days with three, 2-day programs and assignments and 2 webinars in between.
Quattro’s focus is on co-ed learning and delves deeply into leading in a rapidly changing environment, improving and leveraging emotional intelligence and leading diverse teams from a generational standpoint. A team project improves presentation and communication skills. The program takes place over a 4-month period with 2 program sessions, one being 3-days and the other 2-days in length.
